What happens after you place your order

1. Order
   Place your order online and complete the shopping cart with your contact details and preferred payment method.
   
   
2. Payment
   According to your preferred payment method: PayPal, credit card, Klarna, prepayment, invoice (for kindergartens & institutions)
   
   
3. Order Confirmation
   Upon receipt of payment, we commission our manufacturers with production/delivery.
   
   
4. Shipping
   When shipping starts, you will receive an email with the package ID for tracking. Depending on the size of the package, shipping is done with DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, or Dachser. Shipping goes directly from our verified EU manufacturer to you – this saves storage costs and keeps the price fair.
   

For this reason, the shipping package may not show "KleinLeni" as the sender, but the name of our manufacturer. This allows us to save on our own storage costs and therefore offer our products at a lower price.

• Who is behind KleinLeni?
  • Behind KleinLeni is no corporation or brand that provides huge sums of money for a company to grow quickly and uncontrollably. Behind KleinLeni is actually just me, Stefan, Leni's dad. The story behind KleinLeni is real and not marketing blather from some corporations. Therefore, it may happen here and there that the processes in the shop do not run 100% smoothly - but I do my best ;)
    
    
• How & where are products manufactured?
  • We develop and produce our products together with selected European workshops, according to the highest EU safety standards. Shipping then takes place directly from a certified EU manufacturer to you - this saves storage costs and keeps the price fair.
    
    
• What happens in case of a complaint?
  • Should you not be satisfied with the product or quality, please write to us at info@kleinleni.de and we will take care of a proper handling.
    
    
• What payment methods can I use in the shop?
  • You can easily pay with Paypal, credit card, instant transfer or prepayment. Simply select your desired payment method at checkout.
    
    
• I ordered several items, but only one has arrived so far.
  • Since your ordered items are shipped directly from the factory, it may happen that orders / products from different manufacturers are shipped separately. 
    
    
• How high are the shipping costs and delivery times?
  • These differ depending on the manufacturer of the desired products. An overview of shipping costs and estimated delivery times can be found here.
  • The shipping costs of some partnerships, including those of the design brand luu.la, are higher as they are shipped directly from the brand's workshop in Latvia. These design pieces are not available / obtainable in Germany.
